Hanis Café is committed to delivering food quality and safety of the highest standard to our customers. Recently, our operation at our Paya Lebar Quarter outlet was suspended for two weeks due to our failure to keep our premises free of infestation.

We sincerely apologise for the lapse in our management of the premise, and for not having done enough to maintain its cleanliness to the highest standard. We take this matter very seriously, and have taken immediate and comprehensive actions to rectify the issue.

We are currently refurbishing the premises to enhance its cleanliness, and to provide our customers with a better dining experience. All of our food handlers from the affected outlet have also re-attended and passed the required food safety training.

Across the rest of our outlets, our frequency of cleaning and internal hygiene inspection has increased. All of our outlet staff have been briefed on the important points to note when carrying out their cleaning routine.

The well-being of our customers and staff is of utmost importance to us, and we are dedicated to restoring your trust in our establishment. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work diligently to re-open our café with a safe and pleasant dining environment.
