在餐飲業近十年的日子
我們看過各種人情冷暖
也體驗過無數的一樣米養百樣人
每每遇到不合理或不尊重的事情
為了保持以和為貴，我們選擇自行消化不多闡述
但不知道是不是大環境的姑息讓這種情形持續惡化
所以這次 我們想說出來

不論是不是餐飲業，都需要彼此尊重
這與行業無關、與身份地位無關
就是很基本的文化教養問題而已

我們相信，許多同行都會遇到
且這種情況絕對只是冰山一角

【正文開始】

- 5/26 14:12
店裡接到一組12位的訂位
訂的時間是 5/28 13:30
因為實在遇到太多臨時取消訂位的的情形
嚴重影響現場散客用餐的權益
我們想過也請益過很多種方法
甚至一度不接10人以上的訂位
但最後選擇相對柔性的方式——
[前一天電話提醒]

- 5/27 晚上
我們致電提醒程小姐隔天有訂位
程小姐回覆確認會來 人數也沒有變動

- 5/28 13:00 距離訂位時間半小時前
程小姐沒有任何的來電通知
直接在線上系統取消訂位

事情發生的經過如上
今天從一開店到13:00
我們為了保留這位程小姐的12人訂位
拒絕了現場至少五組的散客（這邊不探討為什麼散客不訂位，非本篇重點）
外頭天氣很熱，鼓勵大家訂位就是希望大家都能舒服的進店用餐
但訂了位卻在時間快到時才線上取消，沒有一句說明，也沒有任何的歉意
連最基本的誠信與互相尊重都做不到
且這種事情已經在餐飲業中成為常態
我們真心祝福這些成年人，他們的後代不會被教養成一樣的人
