What is Lycopene and how can it help with prostate health and improving complexion at the same time?

与完全破壁相比，未破壁孢子粉的吸收率只有大约7%，确实浪费了。因为人体消化过程中，胃液不能溶解灵芝孢子的外壳，导致不能完全吸收其内的活性有效成分，所以专家建议：想要更好的效果，最好还是服用已经充分破壁的灵芝孢子。

Compared with completely shell-broken Ganoderma Lucidum spore, the absorption rate of shell-unbroken Ganoderma Lucidum spore is only about 7%.

The reason for this is simple. The human body's gastric juice is unable to dissolve the outer shell of Ganoderma lucidum spores during the digestion process, so the active ingredients within it are not effectively released for the human body to fully absorb the nutrients.

This means that we would be wasting a great chunk of good nutrients if we decides to consume shell-unbroken Ganoderma Lucidum spore. In other terms, we are wasting our money if we decides to go with the choice of shell-unbroken Ganoderma Lucidum spore.

As a result, experts advise taking Ganoderma lucidum spores with fully broken shells for best results.

判断野生灵芝好不好，要考虑多个因素：生长地以及本底元素。举个野生培植例子：有些地区重金属含量较高，野生灵芝中的重金属含量相应就高，质量也不会好。

运用人工仿野生培植技术，可以优选好的品种、找到没有环境污染的培养地，采用好的技术和培养基，等等，从而进行优化，培养出比野生更好的灵芝。

所以，人工仿野生培植的灵芝可以比野生灵芝质量更好。

To judge whether wild Ganoderma is good or not, many factors must be considered: the place where it is grown and the background elements. Take an example of wild cultivation: In some areas with relatively high heavy metal content, the heavy metal content inside these wild Ganoderma lucidum will be correspondingly high. Therefore, the quality of Ganoderma Lucidum will not be as good.

On the other hand, if we were to simulate the wild cultivation environment for ganoderma lucidum, we can select better varieties of Ganoderma Lucidum, find cultivation sites free of environmental pollution, use better techniques and culture medium, and so on. This will allow us to optimize and cultivate better Ganoderma lucidum than the Ganoderma Lucidum found in the wild.

Therefore, it can be safe to say that the quality of Ganoderma lucidum that is cultivated under simulated wild-life conditions are better than that of wild Ganoderma lucidum.

人们有时看到灵芝长在古树上，误以为那是“千年灵芝”。实际上，只需8-10个月灵芝就成熟了。而且检测已经确认，达到5年的灵芝已经木质化，没有了药用价值。

所以，千年灵芝仅是文学上（白蛇传）的说法，从科学的角度上讲，千年灵芝并不存在药效！

People sometimes see Ganoderma lucidum growing on old trees and mistake it for the legendary "1000-year old Ganoderma lucidum." In fact, it only takes 8-10 months for Ganoderma lucidum to mature. Moreover, studies have revealed that Ganoderma lucidum that has reached the age of 5 years becomes just a piece of wood and has no medicinal value.

As a result, the 1000-year old Ganoderma Lucidum is merely a literary assertion (Based on the novel, The Legend of the White Snake) and from a scientific point of view, 1000-year old Ganoderma Lucidum has no medicinal value.

重金属是地球地壳（土壤及岩石）中的其中一个元素。

长在土壤里的植物，以及处在食物链中的所有生物都会含有重金属。

问题不在于灵芝里是否含重金属，而是重金属在里面的含量有多少。

只要药品通过国家药管局的批注，能在国家出售，这表明灵芝制品重金属含量是非常少的，安全性是有保证的。

Heavy metals are an element found in the Earth's crust (soil and rock). They are also found in plants, soil, and living things in the food chain. The key issue here is not whether Ganoderma Lucidum has any heavy metal content, but rather what is the level of heavy metal content is inside it.

As long as the Ganoderma Lucidum has been approved by the State Drug Administration and can be sold in the country, it demonstrates that the heavy metal content of Ganoderma products is very low and the safety of the product is almost guaranteed.

一般大众认为，灵芝味道越苦，含的苦味三萜多，品质也越好。

但我们要告诉你的是：这也不是绝对的。

现代研究发现，三萜含量高、功能强的灵芝品种，其口味也不一定很苦，甚至几乎不苦。

所以我们可以这样说：用口味来评价灵芝品质，方法还比较原始。

想要真正的评价灵芝品质，建议借助现代科学仪器（如HPLC等）来科学测定其功效成分含量。

It is widely assumed that the more bitter Ganoderma Lucidum is, the more triterpenes it contains (because triterpenese are bitter in taste), and thus the higher the quality. However, this is not entirely correct. According to recent research, Ganoderma breeds with higher triterpene content and efficacy are not necessarily bitter in taste, and some are not bitter at all. As a result, the method of judging Ganoderma Lucidum by its taste can be said to be a primitive method. To truly evaluate the quality of Ganoderma lucidum, it is recommended to use modern scientific instruments (such as HPLC, etc.) to scientifically determine the content of its functional ingredients.

在实验室的条件下，1000克破壁灵芝孢子粉中能提取出大概50克的高品质的灵芝孢子油，也就是说只有5%的提取率。

但是呢，在大规模生产的条件下，提取率不到5%。

就因为如此，灵芝孢子油非常的稀有。所以，纯灵芝孢子油的价格就会比灵芝孢子粉贵了许多。

Under laboratory conditions, only 50 grams of high-quality Ganoderma spore oil can be extracted from 1000 grams of disrupted Ganoderma spore powder, resulting in an extraction rate of 5%; in large-scale production, the extraction rate is less than 5%.

Because of this , the Ganoderma Lucidum spore oil is extremely rare. Thus, the price of pure Ganoderma Lucidum spore oil is much more expensive than the Ganoderma Lucidum spore powder.
