That's a core takeaway I got from the book 'The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People' by Stephen R. Covey. (really recommend the audio book).
It means to begin each task, project or act of action with a clear vision of your desired outcome and goal.
It doesn't mean to have it all figured out. It simply means to have a rough idea what you actually want to achieve so you won't tap in the darkness without any direction.
That's why we use a GPS when we drive, right?!
That's why I want to ask you the following questions:
🔥 Why are you working in the field you are working in today?
🔥Why are you pursuing the career path you are in right now?
My take away here is:
Figure out what you want genuinely want. Make a decision and everything else eventually will align around that.
It's like a law of the universe to me.
Begin with the end in mind.
