Since returning from Paris on Aug 13, Maximilianโs schedule has been packed with media interviews, meet-and-greet sessions, public talks, private engagements, sponsor events and a bus parade.

Just over 30 athletes attended an intimate sharing session with our Max Maeder at the National Youth Sports Institute.
Many got the chance to pose various questions to the 17-year-old Olympian kitefoiler.
The youth athletes in attendance were from sailing, climbing, wrestling, wushu, water polo and modern pentathlon.
Max shared candidly on many topics, including how disappointing his first racing experience was as well as how he overcame the monotony of training.
Stay tuned to our socials as we push out snippets of the sessions.
If you missed out on these opportunities to get up close and personal with Max, he also has another meet-and-greet session coming up at *SCAPE on Tuesday, 27 Aug, from 4pm-5.30pm!

โIn the case of Max, the name kept coming up, and I spoke to the national sport association (of sailing), I talked to Dr Ben Tan (former Singapore Sailing Federation (SSF) president) and various other people, and he was constantly on the radar.
โSo I then put a call through to my classmate and said, โCan I meet with Max and his mum?โโ โ Minister Edwin Tong.
It is not often that a 14-year-old leaves an indelible mark on a minister, but that was exactly what Maximilian did at that very first meeting in 2021 at Mr Tongโs office.
2021 meeting in Paris led to Max Maederโs Olympic bronze medal After hearing about Max, Minister Edwin Tong met the teen and his mum, and was "blown away". Read more at straitstimes.com.
