A common question we often get is will freezing my eggs increase my chances of falling pregnant?

If you freeze your eggs when you are younger, you can use these healthier eggs when you are trying for a baby once you are much older. It is important to keep in mind that using the eggs that you have frozen to try for a baby does not mean you will definitely have a baby. There are many other factors that can affect your chances of falling pregnant.

If you are interested in egg freezing, visit our website freezemyegg.sg for more information.

Why is breast cancer screening important?

Most of the time, breast cancer does not produce any symptoms. Early detection is the key to survival if breast cancer develops. The only way to detect breast cancer early is through regular mammograms and breast ultrasounds. You can book your breast cancer screening at thebreastclinic.sg.

Read more on the importance of breast cancer screening here: https://smgwomenshealth.sg/our-services/breast-cancer-screening/.

Early detection of breast cancer can be potentially lifesaving, and this month is dedicated to ensuring that every woman is informed about taking action against breast cancer, starting with regular breast self-examinations and breast cancer screening.

Consider this your reminder to take the time to become by establishing what's normal for you through a self-breast examination. Do you notice any differences between your right and left breast? Are there any soft lumps that appear and disappear around the time of your period? Whatever your normal is, make a note of it so you can monitor any changes that may occur and discuss them with your doctor.

You can find more information on when and how to perform a breast self-check here: https://thebreastclinic.sg/education/breast-self-check-that-you-can-do-at-home/.
