Janur ketupat telah tiba pagi tadi. Ia telah ditempah khas dari seberang dan akan digunakan untuk acara pada hari Sabtu ini.

Dianjurkan bersempena Bulan Bahasa 2024, program "Ini Ketupat Yang Ku Anyam" mengajak anda untuk pelajari cara-cara untuk menganyam ketupat.

Anda dijemput untuk hadiri "Ini Ketupat Yang Ku Anyam" pada Sabtu ini, 31 Ogos 2024, 2.30 petang, Aras 2 Bilik Pacific, Perpustakaam Daerah Woodlands.

Acara ini dibuka kepada umum, walaupun mereka yang tidak fasih berbahasa Melayu. Acara ini boleh dikendalikan di dalam dwi-bahasa, jika perlu.

The Malay Language Month in Singapore is back! And this time round, join this sharing session & mini workshop by our founder & lead consultant, Hazriq Idrus, about how he learnt to weave the ketupat from his late grandmother, and in the process, learn about the Malay Language and Culture.

At the end of this session, you will bring back your newly-acquired skill and the ketupat that you have weaved!

This session is open to non-Malay Speaking audience too! Hazriq will conduct the session in dual-language (English & Malay), if need be. So don't worry!
