It was a busy weekend for new ANZA
President, Toph Brown, who got in on the action at some of our most popular sports groups.

Not only did he head to ANZA Soccer as they kicked off their new season, but he also hung out on Sentosa with ANZA Nippers at their new venue to make sure everyone was having a great time 🥳

ANZA Scouts went to McRitchie Reservoir at the weekend for a bit of exploration.

Our Joey's embarked on a Nature Scavenger hunt and worked in small groups to spot a range of natural sights - think spiderwebs, bugs, and different plants and trees 🕸️🌳🪲

It was a great bush walk, with everyone huddling in at the end to review everything that was spotted.

Wholesome stuff! 💚

Last week's August Ladies Night came with a twist as we invited the blokes to join us! 💏We all flocked to Cuba Libre on Clarke Quay for discounted drinks and tacos, nachos, quesadillas, and more.

It was gorgeous to hang out by the stunning riverside, and as the night continued some of us hit the dance floor to the sounds of the amazing live band. Good times all round!

We love this group for being so dedicated (they walk every Monday morning without fail), adventurous and curious as they go, and for reminding us that no matter how busy we are, it's important to stop and soak up the surrounding beauty.

It's all change at ANZA Singapore as we say a very fond farewell to our esteemed President, Megan Kinder. Megan, who joined ANZA in 2004, has significantly contributed to the association through various roles. Reflecting on her journey, she says, "Build it and they will come... it is purely due to the dedication of our members that we have become such a brilliant community."

If you (or someone you know) love horses and wants to help the local community, look no further than Riding For The Disabled Association of Singapore (RDA).

RDA provide horse riding sessions as a form of therapy (Hippotherapy) for those with disabilities free of charge.

As an organisation that relies on volunteers, they’re always searching for kind folks to lend a hand.

Volunteers must be 16+ and can come individually, as a couple of friends, or as a group. Training is provided – no experience necessary.

ANZA members rose to the occasion when we invited them to our exclusive wine-tasting event with owners and winemaker of Ten Minutes by Tractor, Karen and Martin Spedding.

A thirsty crowd came together at Deviate Wine Bar to sample some of the finest wines from the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, Australia.

Karen and Martin guided us through six wines, sharing their knowledge and passion for winemaking along the way. The group also enjoyed light bites provided by Little Farms.

A special shoutout goes to our collaborators _tap and *tfunwines for helping to make this event a success. Big thanks to for the learning and fun, and to all ANZA members who joined us.
