今天，我们N2华语提高班的小朋友们一起学习了新的句式“…一起玩，好吗？”老师带领大家一起过独木桥，溜滑梯。在游戏中理解句子的意思，并大声地说出 “我们一起玩，好吗？”“ 我和你一起玩，好吗？”等句子。

🌟 Today, the N2 students of Language Learners are learning the new sentence structure "... let's play together, okay?" 🧸 The teacher leads everybody to cross the log bridge 🌉 and play on the slide together. While playing, they how to communicate their needs.

It's important for children to learn to express their wants and needs clearly. Our teachers provide students with the language tools they need to articulate their desires confidently. Through engaging activities and thoughtful instruction, children develop a robust vocabulary and essential communication skills. 🌟💬

在口试教学过程中，依据教育部的要求，老师们精心设计了朗读与看图会话的训练，确保学生能掌握朗读技巧和会话技能。课堂上，学生们通过语言游戏和模拟对话的方式，增强口语表达能力和自信心。老师注重每个学生的特点，提供针对性的指导和反馈，为学校的口试测验做好充分的准备，确保每个学生在口试中都能表现出色。

📚 For the oral examinations, teachers have designed the exercises carefully for reading aloud and picture conversation, according to the requirements of the Ministry of Education, to ensure that students master the necessary techniques. 🎙️

In class, students improve their oral language expressive ability and confidence by participating in language games and simulated conversation. 🎲🗣️ The teacher pays attention to each student's unique ability and gives targeted instruction and feedback. 🎯📝

This is to prepare students for their schools' oral examinations and ensure that students give outstanding performances. 🌟🎉

Parents of our K1 and K2 students eagerly attended the Term-end Open Class filled with anticipation. The K1 parents enthusiastically joined in our lively "Sports Day," where students showcased their newly learned sentence structures to introduce each sports event. Meanwhile, the K2 parents enjoyed participating in the engaging flash card game, "What's My Stroke?" Despite the short time, everyone had a fantastic time learning together. We look forward to seeing more parents at the next Open Class!

“咕咕咕，咕咕咕”， 华语游戏俱乐部独立班的小朋友们迎来了新的朋友 ———— 鸡妈妈和小鸡。 鸡妈妈带来了下的蛋给小朋友看，小朋友们亲手喂小鸡吃小虫子。他们还用小气球做了小鸡的手工，整个活动充满了创意和乐趣，欢迎大家来欣赏我们的作品哦！

🐣🌟 "Coo, coo!" 🐔 The students of the Independent PlayClub class warmly welcome new friends — the mother hen and her adorable little chicks. 🐤

The mother hen proudly shows off the eggs she has laid, delighting our students. They're busy feeding the chicks with pretend worms and crafting cute chick-themed artworks using balloons. 🎈

During Open Week, our N1 students from the Language Learners programme had a blast exploring with their parents.

They found the Kangaroo's mother hiding in the Magic Box and helped reunite the Kangaroo Babies in her pouch. 🦘👶

By joining in, parents not only had fun but also witnessed their children's progress firsthand.

华语温馨窝的小朋友们又和老师一起认识了一种新的水果 —— 葡萄。我们不仅看了新鲜的葡萄， 还听了有趣的葡萄的故事，最开心的是我们还做了自己的葡萄。

In our Mandarin PlayNest class, the babies discovered a new fruit — grapes! 🍇 Not only did they get to see and touch fresh grapes, but they also enjoyed an engaging story about these delightful fruits. The highlight of the day? Creating their very own grapes! 🎨✨

根据MOE的要求，一篇中年级的好作文要在表达流畅通顺的基础上，正确运用5-6个四字成语，灵活使用比喻、夸张等修辞方法。每个星期写一篇作文，老师认真指导，学生积极表达，既学习作文技巧，又掌握丰富的词汇，真是一举两得！

Creative Writing

According to MOE guidelines, a strong composition should exhibit fluency, employ 5 to 6 Chinese idioms accurately, and use literary devices like similes and hyperboles. Bearing this in mind, the teachers guide students in their composition practice, enhancing active expression and mastering writing techniques with a diverse vocabulary. This approach achieves dual benefits, fostering both language skills and creative proficiency.

华语全能

根据MOE的口试要求，同学们在老师的指导下，能够按照总分总的结构，运用所学习的词汇，表达出图片内容，并能够例举生活实例，提出自己的观点。在口试练习的过程中，不仅锻炼了学生们的口语表达能力，还提升了应答的技巧，为高年级的PSLE的口试打下坚实的基础

Language Skills

Our teachers adhere to MOE guidelines when supervising students. Through our lessons, students can apply the deductive format, using the vocabulary they have learned to express the contents depicted in pictures and list examples from daily life, as well as express their own opinions. During oral practice, students develop oral expression skills and enhance their answering techniques. This builds a strong foundation for the oral examinations.

第一学期的最后一周是最开心的一周，华语温馨窝的彩虹派对，让课室里充满了“五颜六色”的欢乐气氛。华语俱乐部的孩子和家长们在“美丽的花园”里享受绚丽多彩的大自然。
华语提高班的家长被邀请到课室里和孩子们一起学习，一起做游戏，享受共同学习华语的乐趣。家长们都为孩子们的进步感到欣慰。

The last week of Term 1 was met with joy and enthusiasm at the Mandarin PlayNest class. The classroom was adorned with vibrant colours, creating a joyful atmosphere. Both the Mandarin PlayClub students and their parents had a wonderful time in the "Beautiful Garden," surrounded by the natural hues of the outdoors.

In addition, parents of students from the Language Learners class were welcomed to participate in learning and playing alongside their children during class. This shared experience brought immense joy as they learnt Chinese together, and parents were delighted to witness their children's progress and growth.

Onward to more progress in Term 2!

一年一度的“华族文化艺术之夜”又到了！伴随着优美动听的中国民族乐，家长和小朋友们一起品尝着美味的汤圆，亲手制作可口的祥龙饼干和五彩如意饺子，“年年有鱼”的钓鱼游戏和中国书法的活动吸引了很多小朋友，老师们的精彩故事表演更是为这个夜晚增添了欢乐的气氛。最后小朋友们拿着自己制作的小龙和老师们一起舞龙的活动将“华族文化艺术之夜”推向高潮，期待明年再见！

冰糖葫芦是中国一到冬天就出现在街头巷尾的传统美食。在华族文化艺术课上，小朋友们跟老师一起运用勾勒、运墨等水墨画技巧画出了栩栩如生的冰糖葫芦，欢迎你们来欣赏我们的作品！

We introduced the children to Candied Haws, a traditional Chinese street dessert that is available in the winter. In our Chinese Cultural Arts class, students and teachers unite their ink-painting prowess to skilfully portray lifelike candied haws.
