店內也供應著來自墨西哥哈利斯科州、堪稱龍舌蘭界夢幻逸品的頂級龍舌蘭酒 Clase Azul，旗下經典的代表Clase Azul Reposado，這款酒嚴選100%墨西哥哈利斯科州最頂級的藍色龍舌蘭，並在龍舌蘭達到深沉、濃郁的風味時，再以專有酵母進行發酵，並在蒸餾後於橡木桶陳釀8個月，打造出豐富多層次的香氣，酒體帶有焦糖甜味香氣，入口感受木香、果香外，還有香草及太妃糖焦糖的風味，陶瓷瓶身以龍舌蘭代表色藍色，結合墨西哥傳統羽毛文化圖騰，而瓶身藍色的圖騰除了選用代表藍色龍舌蘭的藍色去繪製外，每一個線條都是由工匠純手工繪製上去。瓶蓋採用響鈴設計，敲擊後會發出響亮的聲響，所以Finch調酒師為顧客倒酒前，會在龍舌蘭瓶的瓶蓋上用手用力拍打，直到發出清脆的鈴聲

Finch Taipei also offers the top-tier tequila Clase Azul, hailed as a dreamy gem in the world of tequila, sourced from the state of Jalisco, Mexico. Clase Azul Reposado, one of their classic offerings, is meticulously crafted using 100% premium blue agave from Jalisco. It undergoes fermentation with proprietary yeast when the agave reaches a deep and rich flavor. After distillation, it is aged for 8 months in oak barrels, resulting in a tequila with a rich and layered aroma. It possesses notes of caramel sweetness, along with hints of wood and fruit, as well as flavors of vanilla and toffee. The ceramic bottle, representing the blue color of agave, features a traditional Mexican feather cultural motif. Every line of the blue motif on the bottle is handcrafted by artisans. The bottle cap is designed as a bell, producing a clear and resonant sound when struck. Therefore, before pouring tequila for customers, Finch's mixologists tap the bottle cap forcefully with their hand until it emits a crisp ringing sound
