Today we introduced the team to prep work including foam rolling and footwork, completed our dynamic body prep, went around our Stuyvesant Plaza Lake Loop Stuyvesant Plaza, and finished with hill repeats. 🏃

Next week is our monthly testing where we'll break out the laser for some data points on the 40 m, 100 m, vertical jump, and pro agility.

Where is your Active Straight Let Raise as assessed in a Functional Movement Screen? Functional Movement
The active straight leg raise test (ASLR) is a test that can be used for assessing load transference through the pelvis, stability of the lumbar spine and pelvic girdle, hamstring length and contracture, and dynamic hip mobility and core stability.
Go ahead and lie on your back, keep both legs straight, bring your toes towards your knees, and slowly raise one leg as far as you can while leaving the other leg in place.
If you can get close to 90 degrees, you're proficient with the pattern. If not, exploring guidance, support, and motivation is a smart choice.
We consider this assessment Milestone #1 in a 21 Milestone system that transforms the body logically and naturally.
