Valley Drive Preschool has openings in our 2 y.o. and 3 y.o classes. These openings are due to a family moving away.

Valley Drive Preschool is a wonderful place for young children to learn and grow. Our program offers a play-based curriculum that focuses on sensory exploration, music, movement, art, science and discovery. We believe in child-led learning and encourage our students to explore their interests and environment. We value the importance of time spent outdoors where children can learn about nature and connect with the world around them.

Earthworms are excellent buddies to have in your garden. They return nutrients to the soil from organic matter such as fallen leaves, vegetable peelings, fruit scraps, hair clippings, and even old paper. These nutrients are important for plants and will greatly enrich the soil in your backyard. And, the kids enjoy looking for them!

Valley Drive Cooperative Preschool has now begun our 2022-2023 enrollment season! We will be doing tours on Wednesdays at 11 am (children are welcome!) so please contact [email protected] to sign up!

Founded over 60 years ago, Valley Drive is a parent-run cooperative preschool with a strong community, dedicated teachers, and an expansive outdoor space. Our philosophy is child-centered and we offer low student-teacher ratios in each of our 2, 3 and 4- year-old classes. In addition to a play based curriculum, we also have music, movement, science and discovery. This past year we made a shift to a primarily outdoor school and it has been so successful that we plan to continue this model moving forward!
