Project to convert vacant Allentown building into housing gets approval A building at 1021 Turner St. in Allentown has not been used for more than 30 years, according to city records. Plans call for the structure to be turned into a six-unit apartment building.

1010 Apartments located on Hamilton Street includes studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments.
