BIG announcement! We’re teaming up with The Fittest Experience as a host for the 2024 TFX Throwdown! Established in 2008, The Fittest Experience has been at the forefront of functional fitness competitions, originating in the heart of Texas.

This year, they’ve expanded their reach, partnering with nearly 30 gyms across the US and Mexico to bring you the TFX Throwdowns, and we’re honored to be among them!

This is an awesome opportunity to team up with your friends and spend a Saturday afternoon throwing down! Here are the details:

💥The comp is for Rookie, Intermediate, Masters, and RX teams.

💥All teams are composed of 3 men or 3 women.

💥This competition will be a ton of fun and is great for first time competitors to athletes looking to win prizes and qualify for the TFX Championship.

We are launching a NEW class for ages 14+ starting NEXT TUESDAY 3/5💪🏼

CrossFit Teens will follow a dynamic program tailored specifically for teenagers, focusing on functional movements, strength training, and conditioning to promote overall health, athletic development, and confidence.
