What a day! Today, I was honored by with the Ignite Women in Business award along with 4 other outstanding women. This is no small deal to me. I got a chance to share my story and meet awesome people! Thank you for not only the recognition but the opportunity to share some of my story, WBC!!! I appreciate "Team Sherita" as they were referred to by name tag. The love and support you all have shown just melted my heart. Thank you to my village and the Therapists at Renovated Soul Marriage and Family Therapy! I plan to keep doing the work I love until there is no more left to give! To God Be The Glory!!!

Renovated Soul is honored to celebrate 4 of our teammates who completed their Master's (December 22)!!! Two of our Girls celebrating their day today as they took the stage!!! They have worked so hard all of the team has to accomplish this moment! I couldn't be more proud of them!!! I'm blessed to have been a part of their journey so far! God bless them as they grow and advance in this field!

We were so excited to attend this community event! I am so excited that we are able to show up and collectively make a difference. We ran out of cards and only had 3 brochures left! I was so proud of the team! They gave up their time to show up for our first community engagement event!

We had such a blast with Black Buffalonians & Allies Unite and our host Kiesha Adamzyck-Bennett for the broadcast on Monday Evening. We were blessed to be able to shed light on the effects of Racism on Mental Health. I cannot tell you how important it is to tap into our identity as African Americans and BIPOC communities. We need to see us and share our experiences in a way the forges the path to healing our racial trauma. Thanks again for the opportunity to unite and speak up!
I especially want to Thank Dr. Nicole Ferguson, Virronica Dixson, Mariah Robinson for adding value to this segment. And last but certainly not least, a HUGE Thanks to our team of Husbands that came out to support us! They held cameras, took our group pics, held our hands, congratulated us when we wrapped up taping and gave us feedback! Thank you for your continuous love and support!
