WNY House Physician PLLC is a Home Based Primary Care Practice for Elderly/Home Bound, serving Western NY, ( Buffalo and Rochester), and Fort Lauderdale, FL. WNY House Physician PLLC’s mission is to provide this service to as many US states as possible if not all. WNY House Physician PLLC was founded by, Anees Ahmad, MD in 2020.

Most of our patients are unable to afford Co Pays, specially for medications and DMEs (Durable Medical Equipment ), which includes but not limited to, wound care supplies, catheters, Peg tubes, hospital
beds, wheel chairs, walkers, canes, mattresses, etc.
“ Patronage INC “ mission is to provide financial help to our patient for, Medications, DMEs, or any other healthcare needs. Patronage will be helping initially WNY House Physician PLLC’s patients, but our goal is to expand our financial help to any deserving patient ( outside of WNY House Physician) eventually.
