 I have been getting the question, when is the best time to book an appointment? That is a very good question, and this is a lame answer. What is the truth, it really depends on what your horse needs.
With Cryo therapy it increases blood circulation four times faster than heat therapy or natural circulation through the body, so if you’re looking to energize your horse before your run and set up an appointment before your race. If your horse is sore before your race set up appointment to take care of that soreness before your ride (you can ride up to one hour after you get cryotherapy done)

Know if you were not able to book an appointment because of time constraints, booking your appointment after your run will help flush out a lot of the toxins and lactic acid through the body, giving a better recovery after your run.

First we do a full consultation to look over the biometrics of your horse and the muscle composition of your horse, that way we can plan the best recovery for soreness or injury.

A lot of times people look at the area of pain and want relief from that.. What we do is look over the muscle chains and fascia bands throughout the body because there is ALWAYS a cause to that pain.
For example, if you get injections on the hocks, why? well over 4 years of working with horses people tell me, "cause that's what you do."
With PE Cryo you do not need to get injections (98% of the time) because we will show you how to prevent that and show you what caused the hocks to get sore and help them recovery with our equine muscle scraping and equine cryotherapy sessions.
