Do want to help see a victory for the people in Georgia? A family law victory. Custody law changes. Child support law changes. A victory against the juvenile court system. The judge, the state attorney for the department of family and children services, the crooked child attorney whose ties to the department of family and children services defense have made his dual role as gaurdian ad litem a corruption of public office, the second most important position of the juvenile court beside the judge.

MY FAMILY IS INVOLVED IN CASES AT THIS COURT AND DESPITE US HAVING OUR OWN SAFETY PLAN AND PUTTING OUR KIDS IN OUR CHURCH LEADERS HOME AT THE TIME, THIS DEPARTMENT USED THREATS AND MANIPULATION TO FORCE STATE SERVICES IN A SITUATION THAT BY LAW HAD NO NEED.

Quick list of facts:

1. The Defense for the department have worked hand in hand with the child attorney/gaurdian ad litem. Conflict of interest.
2. The Gaurdian and the Defense for DFACS have also worked with a defendants step-parent for years, until that parent was barred from practice in Spalding county.
3. The Defense and gaurdian attacked the religion of defendants and asserted it validated their question of mental stability of the defendants.
4. Other constitutional rights were infringed like rights to face accusers, Clear and convincing evidence, the right to access public property, Ga hearing timeline/terms laws, which truly led to kidnapping children because by law they've should've been returned to parents.
5. The only material witness for DFACS is under oath testifying lies, and after being cross examined later, was admittedly a perjurer. Cover-ups, denial of services, mismanagement, negligence, and corruption.
6. The judge of this court, allows whatever to protect her seat and the states interest while neglecting citizens rights and child safety. The DFACS defense team types up all orders and summons, and the judge signs without hesitation or JUSTIFICATION.
7. Children have been transported without safety seats, witnessed running towards cars while workers for the department of family and children services watch, and this has been witnessed twice. The Court and Gaurdian ad litem along with the Department of family and children services defense turns a blind eye, or looks to blame others in their attempt to save themselves, without regard to the safety, best interest, or well being to children in their care.

It's obvious this department and court have never really rehabilitated anyone and don't know what it looks like to actually help a family. They have caused way more harm than good for our children. Proven by diagnosis. The Fact we didn't get to see our Children in person for 7 months. For all of this, this state service should be shut down prosecuted, and ordered to pay restitution. The state of Georgia should change/update and put in place real help and services under a completely new name and the role and authority should be scrutinized and overall revised, revamped, really and truly reborn.

DFACS WANTS ME TO QUIT MY JOB EVEN THOUGH I HAVEN'T TESTED DIRTY SINCE MAY AND HAVE A HOUSE AND CAR TO PAY FOR, HEALTH INSURANCE THROUGH WORK, AND PREFERABLY NEED THESE THINGS WHEN I GET MY CHILDREN BACK.

In just a few months we will March and demand Family Law changes in the custody arena, pushing for automatic joint custody, as coronavirus has proven the government never cared about schedules for kids, they just wanted one parents money flowing through the system. Split benefits and equal responsibility and physical custody.

We will March for Family oriented services, to keep family's whole, counsel together without removal of children. Monies directed to intense rehabs for the entire family.

Proactively engaging in children who have children, to teach the mother and father, to care, to persevere, to strive to keep the family whole. While eliminating the incentive to be a single parent home, but not limiting the single parent home. Incentivising marriage and counsel to be faithful, sober, and good parents.

We March to say, this government is for the people by the people and not vice versa.

We pay their bills, they don't pay ours. Remember this, and let's take a STAND FOR THE FAM!!!

The story of an average American citizen named James Thweatt.

Our Founding Fathers said that every human is endowed with certain God given rights. This was the basis for child support and child services.

You can not infringe upon a constitutional right to enforce one. We fought the civil war for this truth. Good won that war. Obviously the word of the Lord, which is, in this country, a constitutional right, states none can keep the Law. Thank you Jesus. O How much we need you. The Heavenly Father's Son whom He sent preaching this Kingdom. The one I live by. He died for me. In my place. Look, now, I don't use this grace as a freedom to break laws or infringe upon anyone's rights, especially my own flesh and blood. Our first command is to subdue the earth, and multiply. Leave father and mother's house and become one. Our children are the example of this Holy order from The High Heavens. This order is under attack and Iam anointed to shine upon the darkness of this system, and it's evil intentional separation of husband, wife, and children. You would go against God to enforce your ways ? My children, 3 ½ , 2, and 6 months old. These delicate flowers, these my offspring, taken, withheld, and this office is concerned with their reputation and deflecting their humiliation.

No hugs, no touches, no words of affirmation. I don't know about you, but this is the one thing I would go to war for.

221 children are under the care of this public office. 221 Families. Multiply that by at least 3 people per immediate family and you have 663 affected by the injustice we are about to discuss. That's not including grandparents, Aunt's and uncle's. The branches go on and on if you include friends and neighbors.

The public office of a Government for the people by the people. Or so it is supposed. The Spalding county department of family and children services has had it's doors shut for a year and a half. Imagine the lack of representation and service to not only these 221 families whose children have been taken but the rest of the service provided by this office, including health insurance, food assistance, daycare, etc. Countless numbers without real peer to peer help, care, and understanding.
Aren't we already struggling with divisions, social vice, and add in stress of a virus destroying families, this government where in the name of saving lives , you take away the very freedoms that equal life. Like sitting beside a sick Loved one at a hospital. Praying in a hospital room. Showing up for support and carrying one another's burdens.

Offices that take our money, try our people, and oppress and pervert justice continue to operate while offices of true servitude and benefits to constituents are shut down, operate at half staff or remotely without regard or compassion. In the name of safety, our infrastructure dwindles dangerously , as our children are je**ed around carelessly without an end in sight. Answering machines and letters , that's how we communicate our needs, but the information super highway speedily takes our income, information, and privacy. We wait for our constitutional rights to be honored. We Wait for help. With that, the ones we created to insure our rights, liberty, life, and pursuit of happiness have become our opposition as we battle because they can't admit there incompetence.

A gross abuse of power when we are actively, cruelly, and unusually punished while they tax and turn off the protect and serve sign. No one has studied the affects of a virtual government. With virtual visits to your children. Death of a loved one without proper grievance, and being able to feel as if you gave your all to them as they lay dying, no, they pass away alone.

My children have been gone for 7 months. Taken by DFACS. Seemingly used in a experiment of social proportions as our divided government argue mask or no mask. No mas, Please, No more. As if mankind is repeating a detrimental history. Suffering greatly in the name of saving the budget dollar or saving the face of crooked and evil politicians and people. If we hired more at home personnel and had actual humans answering phones and communicating, then maybe you could be frugal and save on corporate and commercial real estate, electrical power, and water. But By God hire more helpers. We need hearts and souls to take care of people, Not machines , computers, and algorithms.

We have a right to be tried by our peers. I've been tried by strangers. People I've never seen. Never met. Who are out of touch with the common American. The common citizen. The common human being. A house divided cannot stand. We hear this subtly over football games. But it's a strong truth, that the homes of this great land, our public offices, neighborly compassions and love, and up the ranks of order and justice to include gentlemen, officers, and judges are divided and delving out injustice and hate to one another at a monumental pace. One that overshadows any physical monument of Honor this United States has left erected. Our first line of defense in every home is fidelity, morality, awareness, knowledge, wisdom and love.

In my families case. Last February after struggling with addiction for a few months we reached out for help from family members and members of the church community. The Spirits of envy, strife, hate, and the lack of compassion, long-suffering, and unity made it a competition and war of ideals. We sought help. We moved my children to my pastors house in fear of a department whose name says family and children services. The family was nought to this institution immediately. It was made obvious when after getting a call, this department came out and cleared my home , checked kids, saw everyone was in great condition and said our investigation will be done in 30 days, but then this turned into not seeing , hugging, Loving on my wife for 100 days and my 3 treasures for 7 months. Keep in mind the fact everyone was A-OK when they came out the first time, they show up again because a disgruntled family member, And we moved them for fear and for their safety to my pastors house.

We made it clear we weren't going to continue to be addicts. Our children would not have ju**ie parents. And our beautiful family was not going to be torn apart by such a disease as alcoholism, or any other illicit drug. Yet with great fervor and violation of its own policies DFACS used lies, twisted tactics, perverted power, and half truths to accomplish their Dominion and control of American citizens. If a family has removed the dangers or the children from danger, social services is by law required to step down from it's role of service, enforcement, and interjection. Especially relocation and threats of selling your children to a foster family if you don't sign their safety plan. O, how many have been destroyed by these tyrannical tactics and lawyers.

You know this is the safety plan they never honored anyway. The one where you were supposed to get two in person visits a week. I , because that's insane to me, wouldn't sign. I ask for help and move my kids to safety and you think you're gonna give me two monitored visits a week. I've been with these kids daily since birth, clean, safe, and caring. But my wife who was terrified because of the last injustice she experienced 10 years ago at the hands of this system, signed out of pure fear of losing her babies that she bore and brought up daily. Waking them with a smile. Feeding them. Loving them. Washing them after a good day in the yard. Then To tuck them in their bed at night with another hug, smile and kiss. I Their Father watched and smiled and after a day of work , thought life is well, and this is love. Thank you Lord. Tending to them on nights and weekends, careful to show them the ways of a good good father.

DFACS became forceful and threatening to me, denying my rights to my family because me not signing took their power, but they ran a dreadful campaign against our wishes, misled my pastor and His wife. Infringing upon our religious freedom to use our church community as a means of upholding our constitutional duty to our children, which at a later date that should be addressed, to revise, and reform antiquated laws of division and the incentives to destroy The First Institution ever created, THE FAMILY. A right to exist as One. Indivisible. With liberty and justice for all. A representation of a heavenly truth that nothing can separate us from the love of God which is in His son, Freely, Christ Jesus.

Beyond the violation of leaving itself exempt from a family with a safety plan, this office, split my 3 children up, my two sons who had never spent a day apart. Never spent a day wondering if their parents loved them, and would be there to get them. They never felt a darkness of facing the unknown. 3 1/2, 2, and 6 months old. They were taken by a rogue government with no office of servitude. After more than a month my oldest son when seeing His brother on a zoom call stated " I've been looking for you everywhere levee." To his younger brother. Also Wondering if the other siblings were home and they were the only child in a far away place. My son says "Dad I don't really know where I'm at." I cried and felt despair in my chest as I told him " son I don't exactly know but I think you're with Mrs. Melissa." He smiled and said yes happily. Glad that His dad knew where he was. O my the tears even now. Recently he says Dad you sent me to all these places, taking so long. All I could say was I understand son, we are doing everything to have you back home.

The whereabouts unknown and moved several times, we just Had to trust that The Almighty had them and we just had to have faith they were going to be ok. Unharmed emotionally and physically. Everyone reported they were a joy and took care of each other. But after 7 months we get a report that my oldest is acting out, hitting people, and fighting at daycare. My wife went to a 3 month program. DFACS moved her and put her in a place that doesn't give certificates to anyone returning to previous address and now threatened her for not having a certificate. I just completed a 6 week program to get a certificate and even though the bank account is scarce, at least they can't twist and pervert the truth anymore. Which is another reason why we reached out to 11 alive. Not just our family but thousands pushed around, suffering, and without an answer because this public service has become a tyrant with a dictatorship in the courts, to where every law office is fearful and throws up there hands after they charge 5,000 or more to represent you without power. Without effect.

My wife signed a plan , it took months to get a copy of, which was not the original she signed, we were continued in court about 10 different times and they kept our babies away for 7 months. No supper time. No playing at the park. No good night's. Very few video visits. No answer to calls and text. 6 months before the first order was made and they act as if they will keep them longer because they haven't crossed their T's and dotted their I's . No courthouse office has paperwork to file emergency petitions. No idea how to do it. Not even the superior court or juvenile court clerk's office. Just hire an attorney they say. Legal representation bows and cowers to DFACS and their overreach and power. I was literally arrested on a virtual stand while giving testimony as to how the office fouled up our case, infringed our rights, and watched as their attorney called to cus and carry on during a recession and 10 minutes later the police show up at my home while I'm testifying against them for sexual and other violations of office and code. Another constitutional infringement upon my rights. The very Fabric that weaves us into a free and just nation. You must Pay heavily for your day in court.
Our rights are steadily being desecrated.

At the expense of our Nations hearts and minds they carry on this barbaric system. Months at a time our children have no visual, no contact, imagine every second, every hour, every dawn and every sundown , them thinking, "where are the ones I love, where is the warmth of my mother's chest, the secure hands of my Father, the voices I've heard from the womb", imagine the worry, the anxiety, the feelings of not knowing why, where, or when those whom make me and establish my identity aren't here, and are taking so long.

I'm not so selfish to only worry about mine, by the grace of God I've been given a burning heart, this passionate desire to help bring The Heart of The Father back to the Children and the Heart of the Children back to the Father. The Spirit of the Lord is upon me. We have plenty of work to do and though the workers were few, here in this day, I want to reach out to call up from the depths of our society , more workers, hands, feet, minds, and hearts that have seen the dysfunction , the injustice, the division, the hate, the bitterness, that is rotting the structure of our land. If we fix the family and by fixing the family laws, we can help that, we can put budget toward that, we can fix our country. The bones of this great body of people. All the people, in all their beauty, splendor, and majesty endowed by our creator with these and many more gifts to run the race of life, can pick up the fallen one, can strive for a perfect love, a union, one that does beseech goodness in it's fullness, we can Cry out, E pluribus unum, and the eye of the sovereign one has favored these undertakings.

Let them say. The Spirit of Love has overtaken them. That Spirit has answered The stains and blemishes of our past by wiping away tears and Blotting out with a more beautiful stain. This was the ultimate sacrifice, to lay down ones life for a friend, a neighbor, for our brothers and sisters... that is all of mankind.

I encourage you to get to know your peers again. Stop hiding the light that is in you. Step up and say , "I'll go." Make an effort to show the path of right and good. We won't let our children and their children suffer because of our lazy hand, or deceptive usury. I'll surrender my selfish pursuit to better our future. Our United Future. It's not power, might, spilled blood, destruction, or intelligence, No, The Battles are won by the Spirit of The living God. The all sufficient ONE.
