Our Story
The Ryan Cameron Foundation (RCF) was established in 2002 to provide Atlanta’s youth with the tools needed to empower them for their future leadership roles. The Foundation strives to provide young people with a forum, which includes: mentoring, tutoring, volunteering, celebrity appearances, life experiences, self-reflection, leadership instruction and personal coaching. As an Atlanta native, Ryan’s dream has always been to help the people right here in his back yard, realize their potential. Every day we work diligently to make these dreams a reality.
Ryan Cameron - father, son, husband, and philanthropist - is the “King of the Airwaves” to the ninth largest metropolitan area in the United States. From humble beginnings, this Atlanta legend has become an essential part of the local community and entertainment industry alike. As a native of Atlanta, Ryan created the foundation in 2002 to empower, inspire, and encourage youth to pursue their dreams. The foundation has developed programs, secured community partnerships and garnered funding. RCF’s current initiatives include the Leadership Academy (RCFLA), the Healthy Lifestyle Initiative, an Anti-Violence Initiative, Teen Driver-Safety Program, Youth Golf Clinic, and the Holiday Giving program. Fundraisers for the foundation include the 'Go For The Green' Golfing Event and the Father-Daughter Dance which is held annually on Father’s Day.
