Join us every Wednesday from 6:00pm-7:00pm in Studio 1 for our Women's Self Defense Class! This 6-week program begins on October 4th and runs until November 8th and will teach you how to be more aware of your surroundings, avoid dangerous situations, and protect yourself from harm.

Our instructor, Danny Clark, has been teaching Martial Arts & Self Defense for over 30 years. He is certified in Tae Kwon Do & Ninjitsu and was also a police officer and celebrity bodyguard before joining us at the YMCA.
