Our friends at Actor Capture recently held an incredible Motion Capture Workshop featuring CMII Professors of Practice James C. Martin (Technical Director) and Max Thomas (CTO). They were joined by GSU alumni Joel Mack (Senior Unreal Artist), Aidan Dowell (Mocap Technician), Stephanie Yancoskie (Shot Supervisor), Justin Hall (Mocap Technician), Aaron Bravo (Witness Reference Supervisor), Kat Szypulski (Mocap Intern), and eight talented performers from North Carolina, Colorado, and Georgia.

The Actor Capture Mocap Workshop is designed to elevate the skills of participants, showcasing stunt, dance, martial arts, and acting talents on demo reels. Attendees gained hands-on experience with all the roles involved in producing motion capture for major movie studios such as Netflix, Warner Brothers, BET, Sony Pictures, ILM, META, Digital Domain, and more. Actor Capture, creators of the official Mocap Workshop, have most recently worked on the upcoming film .
