Juneteenth commemorates when enslaved African Americans in Texas found out that they were free on June 19, 1865. Join The Wellness Empowerment Center and other campus partners tomorrow to learn more about Juneteenth and ways to celebrate. You can also check out museums in the Atlanta area to expand your knowledge surrounding Juneteenth.
