Bladder health is important for everyone. Simple habits like staying hydrated, maintaining a healthy weight, and practicing pelvic floor exercises can help keep your bladder in good shape. It’s also important to avoid holding urine for too long and to be mindful of the effects that certain foods and beverages can have on bladder function. Taking these steps can reduce the risk of bladder issues and improve your quality of life.
