It’s extremely frustrating as a “HandsOn” Founder/CEO who works EXTREMELY hard every single day to see 1 star reviews that says “THE FOOD IS AMAZING BUT THE WAIT TIME IS LONG” I really want consumers to understand that this is not “fast food” sitting under a light for hours waiting on you to place an order. We are constantly trying to find ways to keep up with the increasing demand & it’s not easy. 💯 Please keep in mind that we accept online orders/Uber Eats/Doordash/GrubHub & in store orders so at any given time at least 50 people placed an order at the exact same time as you. So 🙏🏾 bare with us as we continue to expand but also be mindful of what your impact to an overwhelmed/overworked Founder/CEO has to deal with on a daily basis in order to make sure you guys are receiving QUALITY food. 👉🏾 I challenge you to UPLIFT a small business owner instead of holding us to a standard that you don’t even hold fast food restaurants with processed foods to 🤢 S/O to 🫶🏾 GOD IS GOOD 🙌🏾
