Lauren Ashbaugh, Ph.D, NCSP, is a licensed clinical and school psychologist who consults with schools on the implementation of integrated mental health care, social-emotional learning (SEL), trauma-informed care, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and restorative practices. She believes strongly in the promotion of research-based practices and data-driven decision-making. She has been a keynote speaker to educational, health care, and counseling audiences across Washington, California, Minnesota, and Iowa. Lauren enjoys collaborating with human services providers of all types, and she is passionate about sustainable, evidence-based practices that promote resilience and wellness in clients/students and staff. Lauren’s clinical, school, and research experiences provided her with in-depth knowledge of trauma, resilience, behavior, and evidence-based interventions. She is dedicated to expanding the capacity of schools and health care systems to meet the social-emotional and mental health needs of children and families, which necessarily involves caring for staff and administrators.
