A typical work day at Proper Chiropractic would look like:
🔴 Managing the Front Desk by greeting all practice members, answering phones, processing paperwork, scheduling appointments, and maintaining lobby flow.
🔴 Consulting with practice members about their health concerns, educating, setting health goals, running diagnostic scans.
🔴 Loving on families, holding lots of babies, and corralling toddlers.
🔴 Working alongside a group of people that passionate about making their community healthier!

REQUIREMENTS
-Have a Heart for People, a head for Chiropractic, and a great empathetic connector
-Ability to connect quickly and guide practice members and team members
-Motivated, energetic and dependable team player and leader
-Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally with our leaders and team
-Capable of problem resolution
-High Conformity and Driven
-Takes initiative
-Must be comfortable in a fast paced environment — this is NOT A DESK JOB!
-Must be comfortable with computers/technology
-Can do basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

👂CHRONIC EAR INFECTIONS 👂

❌ Traditional medical treatment for ear infections often misses the mark because targeting the viral infection does NOT address the root cause of chronic ear infections. The number one issue that causes ear infections in the first place is the build up of fluid because of poor drainage in the middle ear, Eustachian tube, and really the entire ENT, respiratory, and the lymphatic system.

Put simply, if the body can’t expel the viruses and bacteria, 🦠 it becomes chronically congested with them, leading to ongoing inflammation and recurrent, chronic ear infections and other illnesses.

We refer to all this simply as “poor plumbing” and drainage. Just like a clogged drain in your home can cause the build up of junk and crud, it’s honestly the same thing happening in your child’s inner ear. 👂

Our home’s plumbing 🚽 is crucial in getting unwanted things moving along and out of the way, and the nerves and muscles that control your child’s inner ear and Eustachian tube perform the same function. If those nerves and muscles, specifically a muscle with a super cool name, tensor veil palatini, are not working properly, things get clogged up and backed up in the inner ear.

Putting this all together, we find the read culprit with chronic ear infections in kids is poor drainage and plumbing. That whole cascade is often caused by subluxation in the upper neck and the upper torso (lungs, lymph nodes) region.

We take the approach of taking care of the root cause(s) of the chronic ear infections and working to restore proper balance and function to the nervous system, immune systems and nerves and muscles that are involved in keeping the inner and middle ear healthy, draining, and functioning just right. ✅

With consistent chiropractic care we can also have a positive impact on your child’s immune system. Saying goodbye to chronic colds, upper respiratory infections and the constant mucus monsters! 🤧

First thing! We want to make clear that Chiropractic does not treat or cure any disease, we simply remove the interference from your nervous system and allow your body to heal naturally.

Ear infections are one of the most common reasons for Pediatrician visits!

Does your kiddo suffer from frequent ear infections, but also allergies, frequent colds, congestion, and sinus infections?

These kiddos are our poor plumbers!

They typically have too much fluid or that fluid isn't draining properly . When there is too much fluid backed up and just becomes stagnant, then that becomes a breeding frenzy for bacteria and viruses.

So what causes ear infections?

Restricted lymphatic drainage from the middle ear and eustachian tube plays a major part in the chronic recurrent ear infections. In addition, subluxations of the upper cervical spine can contribute to poor lymphatic drainage.

This is where chiropractic comes in!

Chiropractic helps by getting to the ROOT CAUSE of the problem!

Specific and gentle adjustments by a pediatric chiropractor help alleviate any pressure and allow the ears to drain naturally. Let's not forget the overall impact on immune system health that our kiddos experience while also under consistent chiropractic care as well.
