I’m Bloom Therapy’s Founder & Supervising Clinical Director. Wes Mcguffey is my husband. He is a musician, music producer and attorney who also happens to be passionate about helping people find true love. Together, we donate our time to share with you our proven formula to find True Love quickly. Both of us followed a rudimentary version of “the formula” independently, which led us back to each other 5 years ago, after a brief encounter 17 years prior. Since getting married, we have tweaked and improved upon the formula to make it even more effective and applicable to all people who believe in “the one” and are willing to follow an intentional process to find their person. This formula has worked for ourselves, our friends, many of my clients, and even one of Bloom’s associate therapists! Many we have shared it with have found their person in just a few months. Those who are single and those who are in unsatisfying relationships have been able to get the clarity and direction they need to make healthy changes and find the relationship of their dreams. These free and powerful teachings are for those who are either single or willing to critically evaluate, and potentially leave, the relationship they are in. The method relies on specific behaviors from you as well as the Laws of the Universe. The first is controllable and the latter is predictable. Your success relies on your actions.

Every trigger is a chance to heal. Rather than directing your energy outward at what your ego tells you is the “source” of your pain, thank the external world for showing you your shadow so that you may let the light in. Go inward, reflecting deeply upon your wounds with compassion. Cry for them with tears as soft as rose petals. Validate their past experiences as real and unfair. And then tell them you will never again abandon them in their moments of pain. This is how you heal deep wounds and recollect the fragments of your splintered soul. Then you will feel grateful for the one who helped trigger you so that you could heal.
