Having a sense of wellbeing. What does that mean to you? Is it enough sleep? Quality foods? Enough downtime? Making time for friends and family? Itโs probably all of that and more.
Finding time each week to center yourself and prioritize everything you need to do to have that sense of wellbeing may be part of the missing link.
Join Lee for a few minutes each week where we can look back at the week that just happened and look forward to the coming week and beyond. We will use some guided meditation and some centering techniques to help jumpstart your week. There might be a Dad joke thrown in as well!!

Halloween doesnโt always have to be about all the candy! Enjoying a couple pieces then moving on is a great goal to have.
Here is how to have a healthier Halloween than last year:
โคSet expectations early & have a game plan.
โคLimit sugar the week before to reduce cravings.
โคEat a balanced healthy meal before going out to trick or treat so you arenโt hungry.
โคOffer non edible treats like spider rings, stickers, bubbles or play dough.
๐Set these boundaries early on, and each year it will get easier and easier to have a Healthy Halloween.

All levels hike leaving from the Penwood State Park entrance at 174 Hartford Rd in Simsbury! Arrive at 11:15am for an 11:30am start time! Plan for about 2 hours and 5 miles! Open to clients and non-clients so all are welcome! Whoโs coming??
