The Bakersfield College Student Government Association (BCSGA) is excited to announce that their Student Services Program Sticker is now available! This sticker is intended to enhance your academic experience at BC through exciting offers and discounts applicable throughout the semester.

Every student is eligible to receive a Student Services Sticker when the $15 fee is paid each Fall and Spring semester. To receive your sticker, bring your Renegade Student ID card to the Office of Student Life during regular office hours, located in the Campus Center.

In-person, rural express enrollment!
Bakersfield College is hosting a series of in-person, rural express enrollment events in July & August to help new and returning students with enrollment and class registration. Staff will be available to assist with applications, financial aid, counseling, and other services.

They will be held in various locations, including Delano, Arvin, Wasco, Shafter, McFarland, Lamont, and BC’s Job Spot office on Panama Lane. If you or anyone you know in these areas needs assistance with enrollment, this is a great place to start! You can become a Renegade in just one day!

More than 1,000 students and community members attended the Performing Arts Department’s production of ‘Something Rotten’. The performances took place in the Edward Simonsen Indoor Theater on various nights from July 12-21.

The delightful musical-comedy featured the talents and efforts of 28 cast members, 17 musicians, and a production team of 25+! Their collaboration, along with the contributions of other members of the community, helped create a truly wonderful evening of theater.

Congratulations to the BC Performing Arts Department for executing another successful summer musical!
