Baltimore's Promise, Building Movement Project and the T. Rowe Price Foundation are partnering to release a survey geared specifically towards nonprofit professionals working and based in the Baltimore area.
This survey is intended to shine a spotlight on the experiences of staff in the local sector; examine trends around race, leadership, and equity; and offer recommendations and opportunities to confront the nonprofit racial leadership gap.
