Today is Election Day! Polls are open until 8 PM. All Bath voters will vote at Bath Middle School, 6 Old Brunswick Rd. Same day registration is available. All outstanding absentee ballots must be returned to the secure ballot box outside City Hall or to the polling location at Bath Middle School by 8 PM. You do not need your ID to vote. Happy Halloween! A few important things to remember from Bath Police Department
We expect most kids to be out between 5pm and 8pm.
It will be dark, so please pay attention when driving and walking this evening. To help with visibility, carry a flashlight or wear something bright and/or reflective. Drivers should drive especially slow and careful tonight and park in legal spots only.
We will be patrolling our local neighborhoods, keeping everyone safe. If you see us out there, say hi to our officers.

Wednesday, Oct 30: Extended hours for early voting at Bath City Hall. Open hours will be 7:30AM-7PM.
Thursday, Oct 31: Last day for "no excuse needed" early voting.
Friday, Nov 1: Limited absentee voting for qualified special circumstances.
Tuesday, Nov 5: Election Day! All voting and voter registration will take place at the Bath Middle School from 8AM-8PM.

If you see a Phippsburg ambulance around town we are borrowing it while one of our rescues is out for repair. It will be staffed with our personnel and our equipment. We like to thank Phippsburg Fire and Rescue for letting us borrow a rescue to continue our mission.

We have been notified that a telemarketer, under the name of “Firefighters and EMS Fund,” is soliciting donations via phone calls and marketing mailings to Bath residents for “training, equipment, fair wages, and pension benefits.”
The City of Bath Fire & Rescue Department has no affiliation with any fundraising group and is not soliciting funding through the “Firefighters and EMS Fund”. Any donation given will not assist any local emergency service and will be received by an imposter. In general, it is a good practice to never give out payment information over the phone unless you are calling the organization directly.
