Dear PNMs,
What an exciting journey you’re on! Make the absolute most of this experience, for it is such a formative and unique time in your life. Follow your instincts and make decisions based on yourself, not your family, friends, or anyone else. Think about the important women in your life, the ones that inspire you, support you, and bring you the most joy. Look into the future four years from now and think about the woman you want to become, and look for her in the houses you visit this week.

When I was a PNM, what differentiated Delta Gamma from the rest was their love for one another, which radiated throughout the entire room, and I was consumed by this warmth. Every time I walked in I felt that I was already a part of this sisterhood. My decision in DG was made with no more second-thoughts, because I knew that this was where I saw myself in four years: flooded with emotions and true love for the sisters that shaped her.

When the time comes to make your decision, I hope you experience the clarity I did and feel the love that I felt. Use these feelings to find the courage it takes to choose for yourself, to choose where you’ll grow into the woman you’ve always wanted to be. Remember that you are so loved!!!
