Wade ROCKIN’ the White Stripes
The name of my business is “MORE THAN MUSIC”.
How’d I come up with name? Why?
(HOW’D I COME UP WITH THE NAME???)
I didn’t.
When I was thinking of naming the business, I reached out to a few friends for suggestions. One of my friends, Virginia Ortego, said More Than Music. I said, “That’s perfect!”
(WHY?)
I love teaching kids how to play music. It’s fun for them and it’s fun for me. However, I get more joy out of watching a child’s self confidence RISE UP, the friendships that develop through them playing with other young musicians, seeing their self worth peak because they found something that they’re good at and can be proud of, etc.
It really is more than just learning how to play music. I love all of my students and I appreciate all the parents that give me the opportunity to do what I love. ❤️
