Our health coaching program at Fit30 emphasizes not only staying active but also addressing the barriers that prevent you from living the life you truly desire. Life can be challenging, but with practical steps, you can take control of your journey.
👉 Challenges are a part of life, and you have three options to approach any situation: accept it, try to change it, or choose to walk away. If acceptance isn't feasible, focus on making a change. If changing the situation feels impossible, allow yourself to release it.
☑Today, I encourage you to grab a piece of paper and create three columns labeled: Accept it, Change, Let it go. List the challenges you're currently facing on a separate sheet (e.g., weight loss, relationship struggles, or tidying up your home) and then categorize each one into the appropriate column. This way, you can begin the process of acceptance, change, or letting go!🙂
