Just a friendly reminder that HOA #1 dues are due Friday June 30. Please remember to mail your payment in, or make a payment online with the link that was emailed in April.

Foxborough Farms will be having their Community Yard Sale on Saturday May 6th from 8am-1pm.

The Foxborough Farms Community - HOA #1 2023 assessments have been emailed out. This year it also includes an online payment option. Checks can still be mailed to the P.O. Box. Letters will also be mailed as reminders. If you are part of HOA #1 and you did not get an email, please email us with your name and home address and we will add you to our contact list. Suspicious behavior
Last night (4/10) around 9:05pm our 2 tweens were taking trash cans to the end of the driveway when suddenly a very tall and thin male dressed in all black with his hoodie on and wearing some sort of face covering headed towards them. He stopped in the middle of the street and stared at them for a few seconds. Once the girls notice this behavior they ran in the house. As they ran, he also ran towards them even closer and stopped again and stared at our garage door for a few seconds. He came from the 1570 block of Bentley towards the 1580 area. When I realized what was happening I ran to check from our front door and didn’t see anyone except for some sort of figure next to my car on the opposite side of my view. 911 was immediately called for a wellness check. They looped around Bentley Circle and Foxborough and didn’t see or find anyone. My car blocked the view of our Ring from the angle he showed up from. We’re asking that if you have a Ring or some sort of recording surveillance to please share it.

Just a quick update, we reached out to state highways regarding the trees that have fallen on the outside of the neighborhood towards 543. They are aware of the trees and are trying their best to come over. We have also reached out to a tree company to get a quote to take the fallen trees away. We are actively working on these issues, however there are still many emergencies where trees have fallen on houses, so a lot of the tree companies are tied up. Thank you all for your patience.

I hope everyone is okay from this terrible storm. For the homeowners of HOA #1, We are aware of some trees down, but if you see trees down in our common areas please send a picture and email to [email protected] and let us know the location. Again this is only for the residents of HOA #1.

We are aware of the large tree at the front sign, if anyone would like some firewood come on down and bring your chainsaw.

Foxborough Farms HOA # 1 will be having a Comminity Yard Sale this Saturday June 11th from 8am-2pm.

Just a friendly reminder that the HOA #1 2022 annual dues are due by May 31. This year’s annual dues were emailed out to all HOA #1 homeowners on March 16th. As of today, all checks that have been received have been deposited. If you have any questions, please email us at HOA1 [email protected]

If anyone can help, Toby needs a home. His owner passed away unexpectedly. He is a purebred American Foxhound, 10 months old, so loving and deserves a great life. His doggy mom lives in our neighborhood too!!
