Found these BPA PFOE free oven liners that would be perfect for preventing glutening. If you are sharing your oven or toaster oven with a gluten eating roommate and you can't necessarily buy your own appliances. This is a great workaround to consider lining the oven with these sheets. They are reusable. I found them on Amazon
Social Influencers are amazing for innovation, ideas, and promoting new ways of thinking about health.
At the same time your Health Care Provider likely has thousands of yearly real-life interactions trying to solve health puzzles that influencers talk about
Find a health care provider to bring your ideas to.
If they aren't able to give you an opinion without belittling you then it's a red flag.
At the same time following protocols of influencers who have never seen a patient in their life is also something to guard against.
Look for a health care provider who is like a wise owl.
Open, curious, but not going to blindly say yes or no to something.
Our perception of how much time we have left on this planet often drives behavior.. Are we fighting for more time? Are we in despair? Are inspired? Are we giving up?. When I was told my son had less than 2 months to live. I experienced such extreme behavior of contacting every researcher I could find to try and save his life . To the other end of wanting to endlessly peer into my son's eyes and have sweet conversations with him knowing time was fleeting.. I think this is the push and pull of life. Self will and self determination vs surrender to things out of our control. On good days we have a harmony between these two realities. On tough days we are probably stuck on one extreme. Surround yourself with understanding and grace
