We had another great turnout for the fish fry this year! Thank you to everyone who attended.
We are having a debrief meeting tonight, August 21, 2024, at 5:30. We would love to have as many neighbors join as possible. We will discuss what worked this year and where we think there is room for improvement. As this event is for the neighborhood, we are interested in what everyone has to say and what they would like to see from the event.
Mark your calendars for Tuesday, August 6, 2024, for the annual neighborhood potluck and fish fry. We hope to see you there!
Hello everyone!
I know it is last minute, but the SLIA advisory board is meeting tonight, Thursday, July 11th at 6:30 at the park to do some planning for the 2024 Annual Fish Fry on August 6th. We would love input from whoever can come about what they would like to see at the event. We are always looking to make it a great night and appreciate the help.

Good afternoon all!
As you have likely seen, the weather does not appear that it is going to cooperate. The current plan is to keep everything at the park but move things up about 30 minutes to get ahead of the storm. That means fish will be ready to eat at 6:00 instead of 6:30.
That said, we have a contingency plan requiring a venue change. If the weather does not cooperate, we will move everything to the building right behind Gregg’s Plumbing on Division at the roundabout. We will still go with the earlier start time of 6:00.
Don’t forget to bring chairs!
