The new date for the event is → Friday, February 23rd from 6-11 PM ← in Pauley Ballroom, and we are beyond excited to invite you to join us for an unforgettable evening full of dancing, student poetry, and attan 😇 💃🏽🇦🇫
We will have a live performance by the Bay Area’s own Samir Roashan, a fashion show by Ghezal clothing, dinner catered by Zalla Kabob, and more!

Stage (2) of our Period Project! Thank you so much to our board volunteers and crowdfunding donations! We were able to distribute ANOTHER 100 menstrual aid kits each with 12 pads, handsanitizer, stickers, and two resource pamphlets in Farsi and Pashto! We are so incredibly proud of this project and will be having another distribution date very soon. It means the world to to be able to combat menstrual inequity among all women–but especially under deserving communities such as refugee populations. Repost so others are inspired! :)

From now on, all attan practices are MANDATORY!
We will be meeting in the Eshleman Parking Garage on Wed (7-9pm) and Thurs. (7:30-9pm). We'll be starting exactly on Berkeley time. Office hours will be rescheduled.
Boys' inner circle practice will still be from 9-10pm in the garage on Thursday.
Not attending practice without reaching out to us first --> automatic disqualification from the dance.

UC Berkeley Pakistani Students Association X Afghan Students Association and Sikh Student Association are pleased to invite you to our annual collab FRIENDSGIVING!

Join us at Willard Park on Friday, November 11th from 1 PM - 4 PM. We will be chilling, feasting, and playing a number of fun games. Casual cultural clothing is highly encouraged (weather permitting)!

URGENT- please share this fundraiser and donate if able‼️We’ve received information on the situation of an Afghan family trapped in Iran and are fundraising for an emergency appeal to provide immediate living expenses for them. We cannot provide any more information beyond this due to security concerns but we along with UCB Pakistani Student Association can attest to the severity of the family’s situation and need for immediate help.
