This lovely young woman had saline filled implants for years and subsequently developed a rupture, which lead to deflation of one of her implants. Prior to performing a surgery on her, I deflated the tensing devices few weeks prior. Why? So that the scar capsules would be similar in size at the time of surgery. This allows for better symmetry when replacing with new implants. Although not always the case, scar capsules can shrink considerably after deflation, which would have made one pocket a very different size than the other. When I took her to the operating room, both pockets had maintained their size anyway, which is a good thing. I then replaced with highly cohesive silicone gel implants. Her she is a few months out.

I’m taking a cool break from the hot streets in Central Park at the ‘Alice in Wonderland’ lake. The NYC ski line has always been in flux since the birth of the city, but never has it changed so much in the last twenty years. These three tall buildings are residential buildings, the tallest in the Western Hemisphere. This city will always be in my heart, but these buildings are a shameful blight.

Back home for the weekend.

Almost 2 years since her primary Rhinoplasty 😍

This young woman wanted the best result possible from a cosmetic procedure on her abdomen and torso. Although it was clear her hips and waist would do well from liposuction, her abdomen presented with skin and muscle laxity that liposuction could not address and could potentially lead to irregularities. To my eye, Renuvion would not be as effective as a tummy tuck for her, nor would it address muscle laxity. She underwent a 360 liposuction and tummy tuck. She’s almost a year out and nearly fully healed.
