From a recent research study, a new experiment shows that people sick with type-II who drank kombucha for one month had lower fasting blood glucose levels when compared to when they had a different, similar-tasting fake drink. This suggests that might actually help lower blood sugar levels in those ones with diabetes. If future studies show that it works, it could be a simple and tasty way to help manage blood sugar levels for millions of patients with diabetes.

To make: Combine 1.5 oz guava juice, 1/2 oz agave and Serene Tropical Guava kombucha to a glass with ice. Stir. Top with the previously steeped butterfly pea flower tea. Garnish with mint for aromatics and enjoy!

Water is life. Today on , we honor the oceans that teem with life and initiate the cycles of weather across our beautiful planet. 🌊

The culture has a history of being called "Sea Treasure" and "Gout Jellyfish" so we feel especially connected to the creatures of the sea. In Japan, kombu-cha is seaweed tea. Could it be the brown strands of yeast floating in the sweet tea so resembled the famous konbu brown kelp that it gave Kombucha its name? We may never know the true origins of the name yet like the sound of the sea that rushes to our ears when listening to a conch shell, there is something deep and mysterious that lurks in the Kombucha jar and brewing vessel. 🐚

We treasure the as giver of life, sustainer of numerous creatures and the generator of our weather patterns and rain cycles. Seeing as we mirror our planet, our own human bodies are filled with oceans of salty liquid, without which we'd surely die. Say a prayer to honor the ocean. Michele first discovered in 2018. Her business partner, Summer, started kombucha. They went to a class together to learn how to make it after Summer came back from a trip to London and discovered the drink there. It helped her with some stomach issues, and she was keen to learn more. Her flavors were so good that friends kept asking her to make more, and after seeing the traction the product had, Michele suggested they partner up and make it an official business. They wanted to make kombucha more mainstream and share our passion with Singapore.

☀️1 oz tequila
☀️1 oz fresh lime juice (or key lime like in the video)
☀️3 fresh strawberries
☀️1 can Vitalitea Strawberry Sunrise Kombucha
☀️Ice
☀️Salt

Directions:
1. Muddle a few strawberries in a shaker
2. Add tequila, lime juice, and ice
3. Shake well and strain into a glass with ice and a salted rim.

Kombucha Brewers International (KBI) is a non-profit trade association (501 c 6) that represents the Kombucha Tea bottled beverage category globally. KBI strives to promote, protect and enhance the overall well-being of the industry by creating an open line of communication between brewers and regulators while advancing our industry through advocacy, education, research, and modern legislation.

Kombucha Brewers International was founded by Hannah Crum & Alex LaGory of Kombucha Kamp to further their mission of “Changing the world, one gut at a time.” Mirroring the symbiosis of the Kombucha culture, they are committed to empowerment through education and activism to support the nascent Kombucha industry.

Since its formation in 2014, KBI has grown at a steady pace from 40 founding members to over 400 Kombucha brands worldwide. KBI has advocated for Kombucha at the State & Federal level in the US as well as in numerous places around the world including Australia/New Zealand, Canada, European Union, Brazil, China and Africa.
