If you live in a rural area, I hope you and your caregiver(s) might consider completing the survey described below. Our research colleagues at Michigan State University are conducting this important survey to help improve access to healthcare for veterans living in a rural area.

JOIN OUR PROJECT

The Veteran VVell-Being (V3) Lab aims to improve rural enrollment, access, and health for Veterans and their caregivers living in rural areas by implementing Veteran-oriented and culturally sensitive strategies. To achieve this, we also aim to improve the capacity of critical access hospitals and other rural health organizations to provide services to meet the needs of rural Veterans, including underserved Veterans, and caregivers (RVUVC). Therefore, you are being asked to participate in our Veteran-friendly work to improve the lives of Veterans and their loved ones.

You are eligible for this study if you are:
a. A Veteran who is 18 years old or older and living in a rural area in the U.S.
b. A caregiver to a Veteran who is 18 years old or older and living in a rural area in the U.S.
c. A healthcare or rehabilitation provider providing services for those living in a rural area in the U.S.

Participation is voluntary. There is no cost for you to join this study. The first 150 participants will receive a $10 gift card in exchange for their participation. You will be asked to provide your email address to send the gift card directly to you. Please scan QR Code below to start this project.
