She managed to balance it all flawlessly, ensuring the event's success while providing vital guidance to our future leaders.

What an incredible night we had at the Dream Program Art Night! Ashley McDonald had the privilege of volunteering and spending time with some amazing young adults. The creativity and joy in the room were truly inspiring!

School is back in session, and that means students in our school system need support! The amazing ladies of JABOS have been hard at work this month. Just last night, these three filled 8 School Aid requests! We’re so grateful to play a small part in supporting these children! ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who came out this morning to drop off dresses for our Homecoming Closet! Your generosity is truly appreciated. We’re excited to welcome all the young ladies on August 24th to find their perfect Homecoming dress. See you then! 🎉👗

Our hearts are heavy as wildfires impact our community. To all the families and neighbors affected, please know that the JABOS ladies are thinking of you and praying for you.

We are also keeping the firefighters and first responders in our thoughts as they work tirelessly to manage the fires. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Join Junior Auxiliary of Biloxi-Ocean Springs' Bridge the Gap for a 🅵🆁🅴🅴 AU-Some Paint Party for kids with autism on Saturday, August 24 from 2-4 pm!

Held in the beautiful Twelve Oaks Nature Reserve at 2695 Bienville Blvd, Ocean Springs, MS 39564, inside the Art Cottage, this event invites 12 children and one parent or guardian per child to join the fun. Due to limited space, we encourage only one parent/guardian to attend per child.

In collaboration with FACE (Friends: Art, Culture, Education), this event will be facilitated by the talented artist and teacher, Carmen Lugo. Carmen will guide the children in an art project called scrape painting. For kids with sensory issues, we have adaptable options for the painting!

Come hang out with JABOS and FACE in a safe and nurturing environment, and bring home a unique painting created by your budding artist!

Snacks and drinks will be provided, along with all paint and supplies.

Many of you know that twice a year we host a Homecoming & Prom Closet. We have many people who love to donate to our closets! This year, in additional to our usual event, we will be hosting a Community Drop Off Day! Clean out those closets and bring your formal dresses (short and long), accessories (jewelry, purses, and ties), and formal shoes to our Drop Off Day!

These supplies will be available for children affiliated with the GCCFN to select from at an upcoming event. Any remaining items will be packed into backpacks and stored at the shelter for future use. Supplies that do not fit into the backpacks will be donated to local schools and shelters.
