Hello Everyone! I’m Lauren the Studio Manager here at Mayweather B+F Birmingham! A little bit about me I have a Bachelor’s in Health Fitness and Wellness . I first got into fitness when I was 15 and I decided I wanted to know everything there is know about how the body moves. My favorite part about coaching is being able to celebrate someone else’s progress when they hit their goals. Fun fact about me I’m also a Cheer and Gymnastics Coach!
