A sound bath is an intuitive meditative concert that supports states of deep relaxation were stress release and healing can occur. It is a gentle yet powerful theraputic-based experience that has profound effects on the mind, body and spirit. Leave feeling renewed and restored with a deep sense of well-being, calmness and inner peace.

HOW DOES IT WORK? Sound is vibration, and vibration can affect every aspect of our being. Sound is not only “heard” through the ears, but through every cell in our bodies. Entering the healing equation from many different directions, sound can have a great effect on the organs, tissues and cells, as well as the circulatory, immune, endocrine and metabolic systems. It reaches the body at all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

According to the American Psychology Association, the most stressed out generation in America is teenagers. Teens are faced each day with social and academic pressures while still trying to discover who they are and what they are passionate about. On top of those pressures, teens are faced with the distractions of phones and technology leading to less connection and more inner turmoil. Often times teens are encouraged to stop stressing about these challenges but are not always shown effective ways to handle stress and anxiety.

Tiffany and Maddy have created this workshop with these challenges and pressures in mind.

Through the practice of mindfulness, yoga, and journaling, students will develop strategies and skills to cope with the pressures of being a teenager and to develop a healthier relationship with technology. Through these practices, people statistically have greater focus & concentration, decreased stress & anxiety, and a stronger sense of empathy and compassion. This workshop taps into your own strength & intuition to develop a greater sense of physical and mental well-being.

Join Tommy and Tiffany for this amazing experiential workshop!

Take your practice deeper as we delve deeply into the teachings of yoga. In this workshop, we will focus on Pratyahara and practice gaining mastery of the senses. By working with the senses in different methods we are able to turn inward focusing on our inner experience. Through this practice, we gain greater peace and calm the mind. With this practice of settling the mind, we are able to respond to our world in a positive and mindful way. This class will include meditation, pranayama and a deeply meditative asana practice that will both challenge and change the way you experience asana.
