The Indiana University - Kelley School of Business has established an Equal Justice Initiative Collaborative, led by Carmund White, Executive Director of DEIB. The Kelley Student Government proudly had three executive members participate: Tia Sarkar (Vice President of DEIJB), Isabelle Schmitz (Vice President of Membership), and Callie Hall (Director of Health & Wellbeing).
Recently, they visited The Legacy Museum, the National Memorial for Peace and Justice, and the Freedom Monument Sculpture Park in Montgomery, Alabama, deepening their understanding of the legacy of slavery, racial terror, and mass incarceration in the United States.

General Delegates are appointed by the KSG Executive Committee. Special consideration is given to ensure adequate representation of each Kelley class.

Did you know there are nearly 20 workshops for a variety of career paths? If so, the Workshop Exploration Event is for you!
This event will be broken into 2 parts:
1) An online information session and an in-person networking session. The online portion will give students insights into what you can expect to learn and do in the workshop as well as any important information regarding the recruitment process.
2) Then, the in-person session will be your chance to ask questions and really understand what students have gained from the program.
It is critical that you attend the online portion so that you can see the room locations for any workshops that you are interested in! You can find the RSVP link in our LinkTree 👆👆👆

Nationally observed from September 15 to October 15, Hispanic Heritage Month recognizes the contributions and influence of Hispanic Americans to the history, culture, achievements, and more of the United States.
We have some exciting news to share! To address the cancellations and other limitations faced by Kelley Student Organizations in reserving rooms, the Kelley Student Government advocated for the Dean’s Office to open two additional classrooms in Hodge Hall this semester. Through a reservation process run by KSG, KSOs may access HH3016 and HH3022 from Sun-Thurs, using the form in our LinkTree and Kelley Presidents’ GroupMe. You can expect prompt communication and flexibility throughout this process. We hope these two rooms can provide a lot of support for your organizations this semester!
Observed in September, Su***de Prevention Awareness Month is meant to inform people about su***de prevention and warning signs of su***de. National Su***de Prevention Week is a week-long campaign held this year from September 4th through 10th. Read more about resources at Kelley, IU, and beyond in the post above.
