Support Sarah here: https://secure.qgiv.com/for/bbbsarahdoyle/

About Sarah Doyle:

Luxury Travel Advisor, Valerie Wilson Travel, Inc.

"To those whom much is given, much is expected". -JFK

This is the quote that Sarah lives by everyday. Born and raised in Portland Maine by loving, supportive and hard working parents, Sarah and her younger sister Leslie were exposed to "giving back" at an early age by their mother. As a senior in high school, and with the support of her parents, Sarah invited her fellow classmate and his younger brother, who were both homeless, to live with her family for the winter.

Her proudest "give back" was surrogating and delivering twins in 2013 for her brother-in-law and sister-in-law after 2 tragic events.

Curious about life in general and a lover of travel and exploration, Sarah found the career of her dreams a few years ago, as a luxury travel advisor with Valerie Wilson Travel; one of the most renowned travel agencies in the business. Sarah plans high touch, individually curated, lux vacations with white glove service, all over the world. These vacations include hotels, villas, cruises & yacht charters, all transportation including private planes, tours, VIP ticketed events, and much more.

Sarah went to Boston University and studied Economics and French. There she met Matt, the love of her life and husband of 21 years. After graduation she worked in finance at Goldman Sachs in Boston and Miami, and then at a boutique stock market research firm in Boca. With the arrival of her beautiful daughters, Ava & Jordanna, 18 and 16 respectively, Sarah took on the most important job of her life as a stay at home mom. Already a Junior Leaguer, Sarah got more involved with the League and over the years has served on the Board, chaired Woman Volunteer of the Year and myriad committees and currently is Secretary of the Endowment Board. Sarah is also a Women of Tomorrow Mentor at Santaluces Community High School and has been reviewing GSSF applications for 6 years. A side effect of her volunteerism has been making so many beautiful and inspirational friends.

Other anecdotal information about Sarah...Loves self-deprecating humor, sugar candy, all John Hughes movies and a good challenge.

Happy Father's Day 🤍

Full story below:

Mr. Snow moved to Boca Raton in 1958 to take a position as a high school math teacher at what is now Atlantic High School in Delray Beach. He always remembered the importance of education and during his lifetime was active in trying to help those individuals who were trying to help themselves.

He even bought an activity bus to help students that needed transportation to their after school activities.

Later Mr. Snow moved his career into the fields of real estate, construction, and piloting helicopters. Sadly, Mr. Snow lost his life in a mysterious helicopter accident in 1980 while piloting an NBC news crew.

In 1982, The George Snow Scholarship Fund was established as a memorial to George Snow and to carry on his legacy of helping those that want to help themselves but just need a little support to get there.

Esteban's Story:
If you had the pleasure of attending Zoe Lanham's Disco Divas event on Friday, you got to hear from , Esteban Paez.

Esteban shared with us the responsibility he took on as a caregiver for his beloved grandparents. Amidst the demands of his studies, he selflessly juggled his academic pursuits and the cherished duty of caring for his family. It was this unwavering dedication that led to him receiving the Davidowitz Family Caregiving Youth Scholarship for his resilience and compassionate spirit.

We are truly honored to support students like Esteban, who exemplify the values of empathy, perseverance, a deep commitment to their loved ones and community.
