This patient came to us after several months of healing from scoliosis correction surgery. Even after a nearly full spinal fusion, she was still leaning to the left and experiencing pain.

Today was our last day seeing patients in our old office on Potomac Drive. Bittersweet, but WE ARE SO EXCITED to start welcoming patients into our new office located at: 9464 W Fairview Ave, Boise ID 83704!!

Next month, ScoliSpine will welcome its next Schroth Therapist, Kennedy!

Kennedy recently moved to the Boise area after practicing in orthopedics for one year in Atlanta, GA. She is originally from Puyallup, WA, home of the best fair scones this side of the Mississippi. Kennedy received her Bachelor of Science in Applied Human Biology and Psychology from Seattle Pacific University in 2019 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Duke University in 2022. She is now pursuing L1 Certification for Scoliosis Specific Exercises through the Schroth-Barcelona Institute with the goal of becoming L3 Certified in the future. Kennedy has a passion for providing individualized care that values the biological, psychological and social experiences of each unique person. In her free time, she enjoys walking dogs, playing games with friends, ice skating, aerial trapeze and trying new restaurants and coffee shops. Kennedy is excited to build a career in the conservative management and treatment of scoliosis with Rita and Morgan at ScoliSpine!

Wishing our summer office manager, Sophia Miller, a great first day of her senior year of high school! 🏫 🎓

As many of you already know, Sophia's diagnosis of scoliosis at 12 years old is what lead her mom Rita, owner of ScoliSpine, to become certified in the Schroth Method 5 years ago. She did her exercises and avoided bracing and surgery. Woohoo!!! 🤩

Sophia will be in the office every day after school to answer voicemails, emails, texts and help with scheduling, etc. We are so happy to have her helping in a place that truly wouldn't be here without her!!
