Earth Day falls on the 22nd day of April each year. But for our practice, every day is Earth Day! Here are some eyewear tips to keep our earth clean from land to sea:
- If you still love your frames but need a new prescription, reduce by only replacing the lenses.
- When you are ready for new frames, show support to manage eyewear costs for others and allow the reuse of your old frames through donation.
- Try not to throw old frames or used contact lenses in the trash bin! Recycle responsibly by searching for a collection location near you.
Time for a spring clean out of your medicine cabinet! A well-organized and up-to-date medicine cabinet can help you easily find what you need when you need it, promoting better health and well-being in your daily life. It's important to regularly check the expiration dates on your medications and contact lenses to ensure they are still safe and effective to use.
Remember to dispose of medications properly according to local guidelines to prevent environmental harm.
