Snake River Farms American Wagyu cattle are raised along the gorgeous high plains of the Snake River in Eastern Idaho. Their herd has developed into one of the most highly regarded groups of wagyu-cross cattle in the world.
All of the hard work and long hours that go into caring for these incredible animals results in the incredible tenderness and unforgettable flavor - Especially when paired with Boise Fry Company’s hand seasoning and top secret recipes.

So... What sets BFC fries apart from the rest? Here’s how we curated a process to create fries that are uniquely Idahoan:
Boise Fry Company sources the finest and freshest potatoes available from M&M Heath Farms in Buhl, Idaho. We prepare each potato, with love, and follow a strict regiment to ensure each fry retains its quality and amazing flavor. All of our potatoes are fried in natural GMO-free sunflower oil, and are unsalted so you get to choose from any of our homemade seasonings and dipping sauces. So, for example, you could dip your curly Yukon gold fry, spritzered with malt vinegar and sprinkled with smoked sea salt, in blueberry ketchup... Or dip an unsalted home-style sweet potato fry in chipotle aioli.
Does our method make a healthier fry? We think so. We don’t fry the goodness out of the potato; the nutrients remain from the potato to the fry. We don’t peel, mash, or stuff our potatoes; everything that’s healthy about potatoes stays. We don’t fry our fries with preservatives, MSG, and trans fats; sunflower seed oil contains little to no bad fats (saturated and trans) and plenty of good fats (monounsaturated and polyunsaturated). We don’t exclusively serve potatoes high on the glycemic index (GI); sweet potatoes and yams have low GI ratings. And finally, we don’t adulterate our fries with processed toppings; only the finest homemade seasonings and sauces coat our fries. We’re not saying that our fries will lower your risk for heart disease (though they might – who knows? – we haven’t conducted the research yet), but we are saying that you shouldn’t feel guilty about craving these fries.

In an effort to make our entire process green, natural, sustainable, insert other environmental buzzword, we use all natural, local, and whenever feasible, organic products. We produce little to no waste. We’re just trying our best to make as little impact on your cholesterol and our planet as possible.
We use, almost exclusively, local partners and purveyors. Our bison is raised on a free-range farm an hour from our shop. Our burger toppings are grown locally, and our secret recipe buns are made around the corner.
At Boise Fry Company, we make sure to take care of the people taking care of you. Our employees are well-respected and celebrated at our restaurant, and we make sure they understand how much we appreciate their hard work.
