It’s that time of year again. The ole potato lowering. We will have our normal menu until 10pm, then switch to a late night menu until the start of the new year.

We also have a strawberry crème brûlée cocktail.

So, like, this is basically us marketing that you can come here for food and beverages, then watch the potato lower after.

We’ve done created our Winter cocktail menu. Feat; Noggy Or Nice, Let It Linger, and Rooting for Absinthe. There’s others, but you just have to come in to see.

Also, chef Kurt said he makes the best prime rib in the entire world. I haven’t had it yet, but kinda sorta believe him. So, come check that out as well.

Also as well, we will be closed Sunday after brunch until Tuesday at 4pm for the holidays.

I kept showing Jake pictures of other restaurants making desserts in hopes that he would step up his dessert game. It worked. He made a strawberry shortcake biscuit with a cava goat cheese whip. It’s super tasty. Swing by and tell Jake you’re proud of him.

Kurt is running Shrimp Étouffée this weekend because it’s gonna be snowy. I don’t see anything wrong with getting brisket, pork, or venison étouffée if that’s what you’re into, or have a shellfish allergy, or just dislike shrimp. It’s really your call. Just come in and order some type of étouffée.

New Dinner Menu has been released and it’s pretty amazing. We decided to get a little more “Gamey”.

Pictured here is our Venison dish feat; Maque Choux, Dandelion Greens, and Gremolata. Also, Pork Belly feat; Drity Rice and Jalapeño Berry Chutney.

There’s other new things we did as well. Come eat them.
